Dental visit

Pulled myself together to have a tooth extracted today. It really is a totally different experience nowadays, i must say, as compared to maybe 30 years ago.

The dentist skillfully administered 3 or 4 jabs around the tooth before the extraction. Somehow it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be.

Even the tugging process at the lower jaw bone to loosen the tooth was painless.

Within 5 minutes the ordeal was over !! Was about to say 'good riddens' but thought deeply yet again to appreciate that tooth ....having served me well for this many years.

Left the dental chair feeling elated and thankful
